This bunka knife is forged with an integrated bolster from a twisted damascus pattern constructed from 5 individual bars of steel. The handle is red Mallee burl from Australia.
This blade is:-

55mm high at the heel2mm thick at the handle.
The octagonal handle is:-
122mm long to the bolster.
